All gacha machines sold by our company (including refurbished machines)

Period

One year after product delivery

Cases not covered by warranty

・Damage or loss of parts as a result of your actions
・Products not purchased from Wangerbao (e.g., when a similar product was purchased through a different vendor)
・When you have opened the machine and made internal repairs ・ Secondary accidents caused by damage or loss of parts (injury caused when damage occurs, etc.)
・If the product is not used in the proper manner
